Founder & CEO

Jose Plaza founded PBSL Group in Dublin in 2019, after a career spent inside the payments industry — implementing systems, leading transformations, and seeing first-hand where programmes succeed and where they stall.

His conviction is the idea the firm is built on: payments transformation succeeds when IT understands the business. He has led PBSL from its first European implementations to a senior specialist practice operating across Europe and Latin America, and built the curated partner ecosystem that lets a focused firm deliver at scale.

He remains hands-on — close to the work, the clients, and the standards the firm is known for.
