PBSL Group (“PBSL”, “we”, “us”) is a payments technology consultancy registered in Ireland. Our registered address is 77 Lower Camden Street, Dublin D02 XE80, Ireland. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

- Contact form submissions: first name, last name, email address, company name, phone number (optional), service interest, and any message you write.
- Website analytics: anonymised usage data collected via Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent).

- Responding to your enquiries and managing our client relationships (legal basis: legitimate interests / contract performance)

4. Data processors
We use the following third-party processors to handle data on our behalf:
- HubSpot, Inc. — CRM, contact forms, and email tracking. HubSpot is GDPR-compliant and processes data under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Data may be stored on servers in the EU or US (under Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, used only with your explicit consent. IP anonymisation is enabled by default. Data processed under Google’s DPA.
5. Data retention
We retain contact form data for as long as is necessary to manage our business relationship with you, and for a maximum of 3 years from last contact unless you request deletion earlier.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent
